PROJECTS:

Establishment of MOUs, Joint Ventures and facilitating collaborations:

Austin will assist and act as a Facilitator or Advisor or take up a partnership role, based on the client/s requirements, to establish Joint Ventures (JVs) and facilitate technical / financial collaborations for interested companies both in Australia and India, wit particular focus on Coal supplies and Mine acquisition activities:


Off-shore activities:

Austin assesses, evaluate and facilitate acquisition of off-shore companies, export and import activities. Austin will:

  Facilitate MOUs / JVs

  Supply of Coal originating from Australia, Indonesia, South Africa, Russia and Chile.

  Facilitate acquisition of mines, for example: Coal mines.

  Business Matching

  Buyer-Seller Meet

  Bulk Mail Outs

  Organise Trade Shows

  Organise one-one meetings with potential clients

  Organise any other relevant activities related to ‘marrying’ up the businesses for future activities in Australia and India.

Organising trade delegations:

Austin organizes Trade delegations between Australia and India in conjunction with relevant local Trade organisations such as Chambers of Commerce and Public Enterprises.
 

Supplier Performance monitoring:

Suppliers sometimes miss targets whether for quality, delivery on time, contractual payments and over riders or other elements, leading to significant add on costs for the buying company.

Austin monitors performance of suppliers against selected criteria on a periodic basis to ensure that they are meeting pre-defined requirements as per the contracts. Austin triggers messages to the buyer, supplier and other relevant parties, when necessary, for immediate action. Austin helps track performance on an ongoing basis.

Seminars:

Awareness seminars will be provided on ‘how to’ approach to markets overseas, cultural aspects, business process implementation methods and business matching process.


Bi-lateral Relationships:

Austin plays a major role in developing bi-lateral relationships between the two countries (Australia/India), participating in delegations and working closely with relevant Chambers of Commerce and Business Councils in Australia and India.
